How honest can I be?
How connected can I be to this reality?
What is this reality?
From my observation, this world seems to be a natural reality and the reality generated by the human mind.
The natural reality is the cosmos. It is persistent yet ever-changing.
The human mind is a collection of particular narratives. Each one generating a unique reality.
The human being is put in the middle of this.
It is both the cosmos and its own particular narrative.
But there is something else.
Awareness.
Awareness can notice the cosmos and the particular narrative. Therefore, awareness is outside of both. It is connected and yet it is not connected to both.
Awareness is therefore more "me" than the cosmos or the narrative.
To know myself, I must go into the root of this awareness and find out what it is.
